Unused Lift Tickets

- Full Refunds: Completely unused multi-day lift tickets are eligible for a refund back to your original payment card if requested at least 24 hours before the product start date.
- Alternatively: You can opt to receive 100% of the value as an in-resort monetary credit.
Partially Used Lift Tickets (The Aspen Guarantee)
If your trip gets cut short or you do not use all your ticket days, you are fully covered as follows:
- Monetary Credit: You will receive an internal resort credit for the exact per-day value of your unused days.
- How to Claim: Bring your Aspen Card to any ticket office or call Aspen Snowmass within 14 days of your ticket’s expiration.
- Where to Use It: Apply your stored credit toward future lift tickets, season passes, ski and snowboard school group lessons, or Four Mountain Sports equipment rentals.
- Policy Exclusions: Stored credits are non-transferable and cannot be used for on-mountain dining or retail merchandise purchases.
- Expiration: Credits remain valid for the entirety of the current winter season plus the winter season immediately following.

- Can I use one lift ticket for all of Aspen Snowmass? Yes. Every multi-day Aspen Snowmass lift ticket grants you complete access to all four local resort mountains: Aspen Mountain, Snowmass, Aspen Highlands, and Buttermilk.
- What happens if I buy a lift ticket and cannot use it? Completely unused multi-day lift tickets are 100% refundable back to your original payment card, provided you request the cancellation at least 24 hours before the ticket’s scheduled start date.
- What is the Aspen Snowmass Lift Ticket Guarantee? If you have a multi-day ticket and do not use all of your skiing days, the Aspen Snowmass Guarantee protects your investment. You will receive an in-resort monetary credit for the exact per-day value of those unused days.
- How do I claim my unused ticket credit? To claim your internal resort credit, bring your physical Aspen Card to any on-mountain ticket office, or email contactus@aspensnowmass.com within 14 days of your ticket’s expiration date.
- What can I spend my Aspen resort credit on? You can use your stored credit for future purchases of lift tickets, season passes, ski and snowboard school group lessons, or equipment rentals at Four Mountain Sports. Credit is valid for the current season and the immediate next winter season. It cannot be used for food, beverages, or retail merchandise.
- Can I transfer my ticket credit to another person? Yes. If you cannot use your internal credit before it expires, you may transfer the balance to a family member or friend. Simply contact Aspen Skiing Company directly to transfer the name on the account credit.
- Where do I pick up my ski passes? You can completely skip the main ticket window lines. Print your passes at any automated Aspen Snowmass Pickup Box location using the digital barcode confirmation on your smartphone.
