Booking & Cancellation Policy

- Payment Terms: A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. The final balance must be paid 45 days prior to your scheduled arrival.
- Cancellations (46+ Days Out): Cancel 46 days or more prior to arrival to receive a refund, minus a 10% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations (45 Days or Less): Reservations cancelled within 45 days of arrival are fully non-refundable.
Damage Protection Options
To cover up to $3,000 in potential accidental property damage, guests can select one of two options at the time of booking:

- Damage Waiver Fee: A non-refundable $55 fee paid at booking.
- Security Deposit: A $3,000 security hold authorized on your card at arrival. This is fully released following inspection after departure. We will always contact you directly before processing any damage claims.
Pet Policy
Woodrun V is a pet-free property.
- Service Animals:ADA-recognized service animals are welcome. Under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), a service animal is a dog that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability.
- Before You Book: We kindly ask guests traveling with service animals to contact us directly prior to their stay. This helps us prepare the most comfortable accommodation for you and your working animal.
Strict Non-Smoking Policy
Woodrun V is a 100% smoke-free mountain resort. Smoking is entirely prohibited inside all townhome residences and across the communal property grounds. A minimum fine of $500 will be assessed if smoking is detected inside a residence.
