Front Desk Hours
- Winter Season: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM daily
- Summer Season: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Monday – Friday
Arrival & Departure Info
- Check-In Time: 4:00 PM
- Check-Out Time: 9:00 AM
- Late Departures: Maximize your mountain time! We offer complimentary luggage storage, showers, and changing rooms, so you can enjoy a few extra runs before catching your flight home.
- After-Hours Arrivals: If you expect to check in after front desk hours, please contact us ahead of time at (970) 923-5021 to coordinate your arrival.
- Luggage Assistance: Available upon request, to help you settle into your residence.
Housekeeping Schedules:
- Winter: Daily housekeeping service included (excluding Sundays).
