FAQ

  • What time is check-in?

    Check-in time is on/after 4:00 PM. In some cases, where the unit has not been occupied the prior evening, we may be able to accommodate an earlier check-in. Please inquire with our team about early check-in the day before your arrival.

  • What time is check-out?

    Check-out time is at 9:00 AM, in order to allow adequate time for our housekeeping team to professionally clean each townhome for the next guest. Keys may be left on the kitchen counter of your residence when you depart, or you may bring them to the front desk.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    For cancellations made 45 days or less prior to your arrival, the reservation is 100% non-refundable. If cancellations are made 46 days or more prior to arrival, there is a 10% fee of the entire reservation. We recommend that renters purchase trip insurance alongside their reservation.   • What is your payment policy?

    For reservations made more than 45 days out, a 50% payment is due at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due 45 days prior to arrival. For reservations made within 45 days of arrival, payment is due in full at the time of booking. Please note that this may vary when reservations are booked through third parties.

  • Can I bring my pet?

    Only Woodrun V homeowners are permitted to bring pets into our townhomes, except as provided for by the Federal Americans with Disabilities Act. If you are allergic/sensitive to pets, please let us know so that we can place you in a pet-free residence.

  • Is smoking permitted at Woodrun V?

    For the enjoyment of all our guests, smoking is not permitted at Woodrun V.

  • What do I do with the keys if I check out before the front desk is open?

    You can leave the keys on the counter in the kitchen of your residence.

  • What if I am arriving after the front desk closes?

    Our winter hours are 8am to 8pm seven days per week. Please contact our team at info@woodrunv.com or 970-923-5021 if you will be arriving after hours, so we can make arrangements for you.

  • What if I have an after-hours emergency?

    Our after-hours emergency service team is available to respond to lock-outs, heat emergencies, and plumbing emergencies. The number for emergency service is provided at check-in, and posted at the front door of the Woodrun V arrival center.

  • What housekeeping services are included with my rental?

    Housekeeping service takes place Monday through Saturday in winter. Service is limited to standard timeframes in order to accommodate all guests, with all services scheduled between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM. It is not possible to specify service times. If housekeepers are turned away, there is no guarantee they will be able to return later in the day.

  • Does Woodrun V have a pool and hot tub?

    Yes, Woodrun V has an outdoor heated pool and two hot tubs. The 2nd hot tub is located in Phase III of our complex. Check with the Front Desk for current hours of operation. Pool towels are located in the locker rooms inside the arrival center. There is no lifeguard on duty at the pool or hot tubs. Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
