Woodrun V offers one of the best ski-in/ski-out locations in Snowmass, with direct access to the new Coney Express lift located just steps from our premium townhomes. From each residence, there is also convenient access to the Village Express lift on Fanny Hill and the Elk Camp Gondola. Aspen is located just 8 miles from Snowmass, with easy transportation via the RFTA buses located at the Snowmass Village Mall, which is walking distance across the hill from Woodrun V. Our warm and friendly staff will help with preparation prior to your arrival, and welcome you when you arrive.

Guest Services
- Winter front desk hours – 8am – 6pm daily
- Summer front desk hours – 8am – 5pm daily
- Check in time is 4pm, check out time is 9am (we offer luggage storage, showers and changing rooms for late departures and those that would like to get in a few extra ski runs before getting on the plane home)

Winter Cancellation Policies
- Payment policy – 50% deposit is due at the time of booking, final payment is due 45 days prior to arrival.
- Cancellation policy – if reservation is cancelled 46 days or more, prior to arrival, a 10% fee is charged to guest. If reservation is cancelled 45 days or less, prior to arrival, reservation is non-refundable.
Damage Deposit
- A $55 fee is offered at the time of booking to cover $3000 in potential damages to residence. If guest declines the $55 fee, $3000 will be charged to guest upon arrival and returned once residence has been inspected as long as there are no damages to furnishings, equipment, bedding or residence overall. If damages are discovered, we will reach out to guest prior to any charges.
Pets
- Pets are not permitted at Woodrun V (Only trained Service Animals are allowed on property or in the residences after approval from management. If traveling with a certified Service Animal, please reach out to Woodrun V, prior to booking accommodations). Under ADA, a service animal is defined as a dog that has been individually trained to do work or preform tasks for an individual with a disability.
Smoking
- Smoking is not permitted on Woodrun V property or in residence. If smoking has been discovered in a residence, guests will be fined a minimum $500 fee.
