Residence # 38 "After owning a condo near Snowmelt Road for five years, the Phase III section of Woodrun Five was attractive to us primarily due to its ski access in the winter, and its quiet 'away from it all' seclusion in the summer. At the end of most days, we like to sit outside of our unit and enjoy the scenery and the sun going down in this relaxing setting." - OWNERS OF TOWNHOME #38

Be sure to peek out the window or out of the hot tub in the dusk hours to look for the friendly fox, making his almost daily visit
It is very cozy, warm and beautifully furnished. We really appreciated having the candles and placemats and throws. Best of all, the light and view!
Your beautiful condo is so cozy and spacious. We also enjoyed the wonderful view from any window, and the fox was an added excitement.
We are return renters. Again, we enjoyed your condo. Skiing was wonderful and the view is the best.
Great skiing! Great ski "home." Two foxes to watch playing most every evening! In the hot tub, met a few interesting renters from the other building. The area shuttle worked well for us from Snowmass Center.
First time in Snowmass. Very child friendly! An unexpected treat was good fireworks at the base of Fanny Hill, and band at the Mall.
